Kapiling is an entertainment service offering private, fictional roleplay conversations for adults (20+). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can delete it.

Who this is for

Kapiling is strictly for adults aged 20 and over. All characters are fictional and any resemblance to real people is coincidental.

Information we collect

• Account: your email address and a display name, via Google or email sign-in.
• Conversations: the messages you send and receive, and images generated for you in chat.
• Usage & device: app interactions, approximate location by IP, device and browser type, for reliability and analytics.
• Payments: when you buy credits, our payment provider processes the transaction. We store the amount, currency and order status — we never see or store your card or bank details.

How we use it

• To run the service: sign you in, hold your conversations, credit your purchases.
• To keep it safe and working: prevent abuse, debug, and understand aggregate usage.
• To measure marketing: we send limited conversion signals (sign-up, purchase) to analytics and advertising partners.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Google Firebase / Sign-In — authentication.
• Google Analytics & Tag Manager — usage analytics.
• Meta — advertising conversion measurement (identifiers are hashed before sending).
• JeePay — payment processing.
• Google Cloud — hosting.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, conversations and images are permanently removed (see below).

Your choices & deleting your data

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

• In the app: You → Delete account.
• Or follow the steps at kapiling.com/delete-account.

You may also email us to request access or deletion.
