Delete your account

How to permanently delete your Kapiling account and data

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Kapiling and sign in.
  2. Go to You (the account tab).
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you can't sign in, email support@kapiling.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm within a few days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, email, all conversations and any images generated for you, your credit balance and push subscriptions. This cannot be undone.

Records of completed payments may be retained in anonymised form only where required by law or accounting rules; they can no longer be linked back to you.
